Account deletion
You can delete your account and all of its data directly in the app: open Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, visits, lists, posts, and uploaded images.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@stageworth.app from the address tied to your account and we will delete it for you.
Deleting specific content
You can remove some Stageworth data without deleting your entire account.
You can delete your own community posts from the post menu (this removes the post from Stageworth).
For visits, open the visit's edit screen. If the visit is not shared with accepted friends, deleting it removes the visit from Stageworth. If the visit is shared, deleting it removes it from your diary and transfers creator ownership to an accepted friend so the group visit can remain (your personal notes/seat/photos on that visit may be replaced as part of that transfer). You can also leave a shared visit, which removes it from your diary and deletes your activity post without affecting others' visits.
If you need help removing something you cannot delete in-app, email hello@stageworth.app from the address tied to your account and describe what to remove.
Like most online services, we may retain limited server logs for a short period for security and reliability, separate from the in-product data above.
Reports and corrections
Tap the overflow menu (•••) on any profile, feed post, or visit to block or report a user. Blocks are symmetric — the other person cannot see you or interact with you. Reports are reviewed by our team, with a target of within 24 hours.
You can also report missing shows, missing information, incorrect show details, or other catalog issues from inside the app where those reporting options are available. Including the show name, venue, and what looks wrong helps us review it faster.
